Pavel Tereshchenko is an Energy Analyst with the UN Energy Team at Sustainable Energy for All. He contributes to the work of the Green Industrialization Hub through the Africa Renewable Energy Manufacturing Initiative (REMI), supports the Council for Critical Minerals in the Global South, and engages in the broader green value chains work in Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining SEforALL, Pavel worked as a researcher and analyst at a UK-based renewable energy consultancy, focusing on Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Black Sea region. He led analytical work, developed knowledge platforms, and conducted strategic research on green hydrogen. His work involved close collaboration with regional governments, multilateral institutions, and private sector stakeholders to inform policy and investment decisions. 

Pavel holds an MA in International Public Affairs from Central European University, and a BA in Economics from Bard College and Saint Petersburg State University.
